Bill to prohibit agencies for Banks out of the State, private Banking and regulating Banks and Banking, -"- to increase the Capital Stock of the Machias Water Power and Mill Company, -"- to incorporate the Erosophian Adelphi of Waterville College, -"- further regulating Banks and Banking, Resolve additional for the benefit of the Blind, -"- in relation to an arsenal of Construction to be established at Augusta, severally read the second time and passed to be engrossed, in concurrence.

Bill in addition to an act for the preservation of Salmon, Shad and Alewives in the Penobscot River Bay and their tributary waters was read the second time and amended, and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
