These changes would be agreeable to the Company could they express their wishes - they both belong in Stockton although the Maj of the company are from that place yet it is generally known as the Castine [?].
Castine now has all of the non commissioned officers & a Lt therefore if you will grant this request it will not be more than bestowing an [?] of patronage
