He has seen it: [ ] accepts, or signs as also does Capt Roberts. I have the assurance of Dea's Sale, Wheelright, and others that it will all be right with the Col. I have hurried the matter in order to get my Commission by tomorrow night if possible. Please send tomorrow (Tuesday) to the Care of R.[or C.?] F.
