Resolve in the Pay Roll of the Senate was read two several times & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Ordered That Messrs Holmes of Alfred, Tobin of Hartford, Foster of Pembroke, Gordon of Belfast & Adams of Lincoln with such as the Senate may join be a committee to inform the Governor that the two Houses have passed on all the business before them, & if he has nothing more to communicate, they are ready to adjourn without day.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Resolve - relating to the election of President & Vice President - - Preamble & Resolutions instructing our Senators and Representatives in Congress in relation to Fortifications - which - providing for Dockets for the use of the Legislation were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
