+ | We was relieved from Post this morning at 11 oclock and came in where the rest of the reserve is Camped. the weather is fine and good to day and a nice cool breeze is blowing. I wrote a couple of letters this morning. one of them to home and one to Sidney. | ||

+ | Today is Sunday, and I would like to be to home this morning. the weather is good and pleasant. We had an Inspection this morning at 10 oclock then I wrote two letters one to a friend in Mass, and one to a friend in Windsor. There is some talk that we are to march again to morrow morning. | ||

+ | We did not march to day as I was expecting we should. Stayed in Camp all day, wrote a letter in the fornoon we drew three days rations this afternoon. The weather continues to be good. but dont know how long it will last. |
