Dr Sir. I find here Albina B Allen. A Private in 14th Reg Co (A) claims to be [inserted] absent by reason od Discharge. Said discharge is dated Augusta May 19. 1862. discharged "by reason of Surgeons Certificate of Disability." signed. J W T Gardiner Maj Com U.S.A. "Nason B Cunningham." a private of Capt Sunomans Co (E) 6th Me Reg claims to be absent by reason of a discharge, said Discharge is date Aug 17. 1861. "by reason of Sickness" signed Abner Knowles.
