[Bills-- enacted.] Committee on engrossed Bills-- report-- as duly engrossed. Bill entitled "an act extending the power of towns to restrain cattle running at large" Bill entitled "an act to prevent the introduction of paupers from foreign ports or places" all which passed to be enacted.

[Resolve-- Adjt General to distribute Militia Law &c] Resolve, that the Adjutant General cause a printed copy of the Act for regulating, governing and training the Militia of this State, passed at the present session of the Legislature, to be distributed, as soon as may be, to each officer in commission in the Militia. Read and passed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Message to Senate notifying ["their" struck out] intention to adjn at 12 tomorrow--] Ordered, that a message be sent to the Senate to inform them that the House contemplate a recess tomorrow at 12 o'clock and Col Reed of Waldoborough is charged with the Message.
