Whitney Esp., William Emerson Esp. and William Webber Esq., that they have been chosen Counsellors by joint ballot of the Senators and Representatives in convention agreeable to the Constitution of the State, to advise the Governor in the Executive part of Government for the year ensuing and to request their immediate attendance on the duties of their office.
