Bill providing for the Security of the Treasury of this State. In Senate June 7 1820 Read twice and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Read once and committed to Mr Currier of Readfield, Mr Hall of Frankfort and Mr Atherton of Prospect

[Report respecting time of choosing town + county officers &c]

Committee appointed to consider at what time elections of Town and County officers shall be made within the State of Maine - report - a reference of the subject to the next session. Read and accepted.

[Report &c Books + Maps &c]

Committee to whom was referred the Governors communication made the 6th inst, respecting certain Books and Maps received from Boston - report - the following - orders - to wit ; Ordered, [underlined] That the Secretary of State cause the Books and Maps referred to, in the Governors communication, to be deposited in the Secretarys office, there to remain subject to the order of the Legislature.

[Secretary, to distribute them among town &c &c]

Ordered, [underlined] That the Secretary be directed to apply to, and receive from the Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts all such Books and Maps as remain in, his Office, belonging to Towns, Plantations & individuals in the state of Maine. - and when so received her is directed to deliver out all such Books & Maps to such Towns, Plantations and individuals as are entitled to receive the same when called for
