         It is hoped that the great extent of country embraced 

by the Division, and the urgency of the occasion, will apolo- gize for the dispersion of the above Order through the me- dium of a Newspaper; especially when it is considered, that a dereliction of established forms is not intended, whenever those may be consistent with convenience and dispatch.
