The Court, after fully hearing the evidence, are unani-
mously of opinion, that the charges are not supported, and that the said Campbell be totally acquitted thereof.
Major-General Lithgow is pleased to confirm the opinion
of the Court, and orders Ensign Campbell to be discharged from his arrest.
