[agreed to.] Mr. Sprague of Hallowell is charged with a message to the Senate to inform them of the concurrence of this House in their proposition for a convention at 12 o'clock this day.
[Candidates for Senate.] The Committee of the Senate to whom was referred the subject of ascertaining the two highest candidates in the County of Kennebec from whom a choice is to be made to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of John Chandler Esq. Report that Benjamin Dearborne who has 624 votes and Charles Morse who had 103 votes are the constitutional candidates. In Senate June 20 1820 Read and accepted - sent down. Read and sent up.
