Mr. Lakin: I would like to ask the witness if he intends to leave on the minds of the committee any doubt as to the truthfulness of Mrs. Sanborn: Dr. Neal: I have nothing to say about that. I am perfectly willing Mrs. Sanborn should come here and testify. I have only testified as to what she talked about, the impression she has always given me at the table there. I have heard physicians in hospitals tell about how the attendants testify before committees. I know it is not an easy matter for ^ an employee of a hospital to come here and testify against anything done in a hospital. They may find themselves missing in their place one of these days. Now I want to take up the butter question a little. They have butter there only twice a day. Dr. Butler: Who dont have it? Dr. Neal: The patients. They have it on the affairs table.
