Dr. Butler: I would suggest that if it is possible for the committee to have a session, any time tomorrow, only to hear the Dr. out, it was possible they might prefer to adjourn at this time rather than to stay lawyer, as it is getting late. If the Dr. could say how much time he will require to finish Dr. Neal: I cannot till that, for things occur to me and I go on. The Committee know best about these things. They might think it not important enough to hear me through. The Committee decided to hold a meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 8th, and passed a vote inviting Dr. Neal to be present. Dr. Butter: I ask that the Committee may ask for powers to send for persons and papers, and I shall respectfully ask again that the witnesses be put under oath.
