Ordered, That the digest of those Statutes reported by the Board of Jurisprudence on subjects now under consideration of joint Committees, be committed to those respective committees; and be it further ordered that the reported digest of all other statutes on subjects not under consideration of any Committee together with the report of the Board of Jurisprudence be committed to Messrs Potter, Boutelle and Seaver with such as the House may join to consider the most advisable mode in which the same shall be submitted for the consideration of the Legislature and to report thereon.
