Report - New[underlined] County[underlined] from Kennebec Somerset + Oxford The committee of this House to whom was refer-red sundry petitions and remonstrances relating to the application for the establishment of a new County to be taken from Kennebec, Oxford + Somerset, reported leave to withdraw.— The report ^was[inserted above] accepted, when a motion for a reconsidera-tion was made which did not prevail.

Bill's — enacted The committee on engrossed bills report as duly engrossed Bill - to annex that part of lot No. 29 which lies in {the northwest corned of Storks to the town of Industry} " to set off Asa Young with his estate from the {town of Dearborne and annex the same to the town of Waterville} which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
