[Report - before whom officers shall be qualified] Committee to whom was referred the subject of the law passed at the last session entitled "An Act directing before whom all Judicial, Civil, & Military Officers shall be qualified, where not otherwise provided for in the Constitution" - report a Bill - Read and accepted.

[Bill - before whom officers shall be qualified] Bill entitled "An Act directing before whom all civil military and judicial Officers shall be qualified." Read a first and second time and Saturday next at 12 o clock assigned for a third Reading.

[Report - Dan Hall & al] Committee on petition of Daniel Hall & others respecting Alewives - report leave to bring in a Bill. In Senate JanY 26th 1821. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Read and concurred.
