[Bill set part of Livermore to Wayne] Bill entitled "an Act to set off a part of the Town of Livermore in the County of Oxford and annex it to the Town of Wayne in the County of Kennebec" being reported without amendments by the Committee on Bills in the third reading, is on motion recommitted to the same committee with instructions so to alter the Bill as that, the part of Livermore set off may be included in the County of Kennebec.
