[Committee - Jurisdiction of Courts of Probate —] An order from the Senate directing the committee on New Trials to enquire into the expediency of amending the act regulating the Jurisdiction & proceedings of the Courts of Probate with leave to report by bill or otherwise, came down for the concurrence of the House — and the House concurred.

[Bill - divorcing Samuel McLellan from his wife] The Bill "making void the marriage of Samuel McLellan Junior and Eliza his wife, which passed this House today came back from the Senate with an amendment at A for the concurrence of the House — and the House concurred.

[Notice to Genl. John McDonald of his election] An order of the Senate directing the Secretary of State to inform the Governor that the two branches of the Legislature have elected Brig. Genl. John McDonalds Major General to command the first Division of Militia, came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Resolve — roads thoughts public lands —] Resolve from the Senate to extend the time for making certain roads through the public lands — was read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Resolve - apportionment] The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve explanatory of the Resolve passed March 22nd 1821 entitled a Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, Towns &c &c which was finally passed.
