[Committee of Finance to report a tax bill —] On motion of Mr Sprague of Hallowell Ordered, that the committee on Finance be directed to prepare and report a tax bill amounting to forty thousand, three hundred and forty five dollars — read and passed.

[Bill - Orono Boom Compa.] The Bill to establish the Orono Boom Corporation which passed this House the 26 inst came from the Senate amended at A, B, C, D & E for the concurrence of the House — and the House concurred.

[Motion for reconsideration] Agreeably to previous notice given Gen Trafton moved a reconsideration of the vote of the 24 inst. refusing a third reading to the Bill "to incorporate the town of Truxton" — which motion prevailed.

[Bill - incorporate Truxton] Bill "to incorporate the town of Truxton — was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Bill - addition al for Educators of Youth &c] Bill from the Senate "in addition to an Act entitled an Act to provide for the Education of Youth — was read a 1st and 2nd time and tomorrow at 10' o'clock assigned for a 3d reading and referred to Messrs Sturdivant of Cumberland, Purrington of Topsham and Means of Sedgewick.
