[Committee -- fixing time when Treasurer State pay account &c]

Ordered that Messrs Adams of Portland, Hammond of Eliot and Robbins of Green be a Committee to consider the expediency of giving directions to the Treasurer of the State as to what time he shall pay the several sums allowed to corporations and individuals on the Rolls of the Committee of Accounts with leave to report by Resolve or otherwise. Read & passed.

Bill "entitled" an act for the relief of Poor Debtors" came from the Senate endorsed as follows In Senate March 20th 1821 The Senate recede from their vote of yesterday passing this Bill to be engrossed, and now pass the same to be engrossed as passed by the Senate on the 16th instant with amendments beginning at sheet marked O including five sections together with other verbal amendments adopted at the same time noted at the bottom of the same sheet. Sent down for concurrence. The House refer the further consideration of the subject to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.
