[Resolve - fuel for Legislators & public offices] Mr Adams had leave to lay on the table a Resolve "appropriating two hundred dollars to provide fuel for the use of the Legislature and public offices of this State" was read twice and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Resolve making allowances for Clerk hire to Secy. of State, Adjt. Gen'l & Treasurer] The Resolve "making an allowance for Clerk hire to the Secretary of State, Adjutant General and Treasurer" came down again from the Senate endorsed as follows "In Senate February 9th 1822 Read and the Senate insist on their former vote passing this bill to be engrossed" - sent down". The House adhere to their vote. Sent up

[Resolve making an advance for printing] Mr Parsons had leave to lay on the table a Resolve "making an advance out of the State Treasury for Printing" - which was read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Report of Committee of Conference - on Bill "in addition to an act establishing the salaries of certain officers] The committee of conference on the part of the House on the Bill "in addition to an act establishing the salaries of certain officers" reported that is expedient for the House to adhere to their own vote. The report was accepted.

[Resolve to meet contingent expenses] Resolve "from the Senate "making an appropriation for contingent expences" was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
