On motion by Mr. Wheeler the votes refusing a second reading to the Bill incorporating the Castine School fund - and the Bill incorporating the Trustees of the Castine Ministerial fund were severally reconsidered and the Bills ordered to be laid on the table - and they were then committed to Messrs Wheeler and Dennett -

Mr Green from the Committee on incorporation of towns reported a reference to the next Legislature the petitions of Inhabitants of Jarvis Gore - and of Luther Fogg & others - which reports were severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred-
