Report of Military Committee Committee on Military Affairs - report a Bill in part which on motion of Col Reed of Waldoboro" is ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature - and Thursday next at 11 oclock is assigned for giving the same a first reading.

[Bill - Lotteries]

Bill entitled "An Act for the prevention of Lotteries not authorized by Law and to prohibit the sale or purchase of tickets in this State" being reported with sundry amendments which were rejected, was passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

[Number of Representatives -]

According to notice given Mr Hooper of Paris moved a reconsideration of the vote accepting the report of the Committee as amended, appointed to determine the number of Representatives to be returned to the next Legislature on the first apportionment which motion did not prevail.
