[Report on sundry Petitions, leave to withdraw] The Committee to whom was referred the following petitions viz- petition of Isaac Abbot and others that the proprietors of the Bridge over Saco river in Fryburg may not be permitted to take toll- and of Benjamin Wiley and others for the same purpose - reported that the petitioners severally have leave to withdraw their petitions. read accepted and sent down for concurrence - came up concurred-
