[Bill - Stone lime &c]

Bill "to regulate the manufacture and inspection of Stone Lime and Lime Casks" was taken from the Committee to whom the same was referred and committed to Messrs Chase of Livermore Fletcher of China & Gross of New Gloucester.

[apportionment of Representatives -]

Agreeably to notice Mr Davis of Orono moved a reconsideration of the vote rejecting the Report of the Committee to whom was recommitted the report of the Committee made on 26th instant apportioning the Representation on the several Counties in this State - but on returning the House it appeared there was a less number of members present than when the vote aforementioned was taken - and so the motion was not sustained.

Adjourned until tomorrow morning at nine oclock.
