[Com. Pleas Bill.] The Senate in Committee of the whole, Mr. Poor in the chair resumed the consideration of the Bill to establish a Court of Common Pleas. The Committee after considering the subject referred to them, rose and reported the Bill aforesaid, with sundry amendments.
