[Petition referred] Petition of Aaron Parker for a New Trial was read and referred to the Committee on New Trials. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

[Bills passed] Mr. Witham from the Committee on Engrossed Bills, reported a Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the funds of the first Baptist Society in Surry; and Bill to incorporate the proprietors of Eastmeeting House in Machias, to be truly copied, and they were severally passed to be enacted.
