[Petition referred] Petition of the Trustees of Ministerial and School funds in Dixmont for authority to appropriate a part thereof to the use for which it was intended, committed in the House to the Committee on Incorporation of Parishes &c, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.
[Remonstrance] Remonstrance of John Howard and others agt. Petition of Ignatius Haskell, committed in the House to the Committee on New Trials; came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.
[Committee on the subject of Notice of the appointment & qualification of certain officers] On motion of Mr. Fairbanks, Ordered that Messrs.
