Resolve in favor of Bowdoin College came back from the House, passage refused and the Senate reconsider their former vote and refer the same to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred

Mr. Scamman from the Select Committee to inquire and report what business is necessary to be acted upon the present session and when the Legislature may have a  recess, reported that sundry Bills and Resolves of a public and private nature are now in progress, and several Reports, petitions and orders are in the hands of Committees which mat require the deliberation of the Legislature until Tuesday the twenty eighth day of February instant, at twelve oclock. Read and sent down
