Mr. Churchill from the Committee on Engrossed Bills, reported the following to be truly copied viz. Bill additional for the regulation of the Penobscot and Passamaquoody tribes of Indians, and the same was passed to be enacted and also Resolve in favor of Samuel Foss and the same was finally passed.
