On motion by Mr. Stebbins the petition of James Holmes and others with the accompanying papers, was taken from the files and referred to the Committee on Parishes, &c Sent down for concurrence, Came up concurred.

On motion by Mr. Wilson the petition of Joseph Philbrick [?] and others was taken from the files and referred the Committee on Incorporation of Towns sent down for concurrence, Came up concurred.

Petition of Henry Manter and another to be set off from New Vineyard and annexed to Industry was read and referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns. Sent down cor concurrence. Came up concurred,

Bill to incorporate the proprietors of Ferry Point Bridge and

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Stillwater Bridge were severally read a first time and tomorrow at 10 oclock in the forenoon assigned for a second reading and in the mean time were committed to Messrs Williams, Pond and Butman.
