Mr. Southwick then proposed certain amendments which were adopted and the bill was passed to be reengrossed as amended, and a message was sent to the House informing them thereof and requesting their concurrence,

On motion by Mr. Pond the Senate resolved itself into a Committee of the whole on the further consideration of the "Bill establishing the County of Waldo," Mr. Dunlap of Cumberland in the chair and after having the same under consideration the Committee rose and reported the Bills with amendments, and the Senate accepted the Report.
