Petition of the Committee of Albion for a designation of its proportion of representation separate from any class – was read and referred to the joint select committee on the subject of the apportionment of Representatives &c – Sent up for concurrence.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence instructing the committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of amending an act entitled an act respecting Executors, Administrators and Guardians, and the conveyance of real estate in certain cases – and the House concurred.
