201 [1821] Senate January 30th 1823. [Bill passed to ben engrossed] Bill to establish a ministerial fund in Bluehill was read twice and passed to be engrossed; sent down for concurrence.

[Bills read once] Bill to incorporate the Maine Stage Company, and Bill to set off part of Columbia to Harrington, were severally read once and committed, and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for their second reading.

Mr. Case from the Committee on engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied, viz. Bill for the relief of the Heirs of William Bingham, Bill to alter the time of holding the Court of Sessions in the County of Cumberland and Bill to alter the time of holding the Court of Sessions in the County of Lincoln, and they were severally passed to be enacted. Also [Resolves passed] Resolve authorizing the Court of Common Pleas and Supreme Judicial Court to admit certain persons to practice in said courts respectively, as amended by both houses of the Legislature, and Resolve in favor of Amos Nichols and they were severally passed.
