Mr Speaker,

The Senate have so far reconsidered their vote passing to be engrossed Bill – authorizing a Lottery for improving the navigation of the Kennebec River, as to adopt sundry amendments thereto and take the same into a new draft, and they have passed the Bill to be re engrossed as in said new draft and request the concurrence of the House.

Bill – additional to the several acts now in force to organize govern and discipline the Militia, came from the Senate
