Bill to limit the tenure of certain offices was taken up and assigned for tomorrow at 11 oclock.

Mr. Usher from the committee, on petition of Dudley Fogg and als. reported that the same be referred to the next Legislature : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.-

Mr. Usher from the Committee, on petition of Enoch Page and als. reported that the petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition, with this order thereon to be published in the Somerset Journal, printed at Norridgewock, three weeks successively, the last publication to be sixty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence ; concurred.-
