Resolve relating to the erection of a Court House in the County of Lincoln, came up, and the House refuse the same a passage: the Senate adhere to their vote by which they passed the Resolve to be engrossed, and appoint Messrs Wheeler, McCobb and Miller conferrer upon subject of difference on said Resolve : sent down for concurrence in the appointment of conferees : concurred, and Messrs Parsons, Cobb and Quinnam were appointed by the House.-
