[Bills passed to be engrossed] Bill in addition to an act concerning the assessment and collection of taxes, Bill additional to be an act to establish a Court of Common Pleas, and Bill for the preservation of fish in Newport, were severally read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.
