On motion of Mr Stebbins Ordered that Messr Stebbins and Scamman and such as the House may join, be a Committee to consider what provision ought to be made to prevent or punish frauds in the management of the business of Banks and public office and legal trusts; with leave to report by Bill or otherwise. Sent down for concurrence, was concurred and Messr. Richardson, Wingate and Dunn were joined.
