Resolve in favor of Samuel Call” came up with amendments: The Senate nonconcur the House in their amendments, and insist upon their former votes by which they passed the same to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Plantation No. 1, Range 7th in the County of Penobscot,” passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and was read once and committed to Messrs. Kelsey, Dunlap and Prime.

Ordered that the Legislature have but one session a day untill [until] after saturday next, that the joint committees, except the committee on accounts, may close their reports, and that afterwards they be discharged from giving to petitioners any further hearing: sent down for concurrence: nonconcurred.
