Mr Davee of Dover has leave of absence after Thursday next during the remainder of the session. Bill to repeal the 26th Sec. of an act entitled an act to organize, govern discipline the Militia of this State, reported by Mr Alden of Brunswick, was read a 1st & 2nd time & ordered to lie on the table.
Bill additional to an act to establish the Damariscotta Canal was read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
Bill revoking the charter of the Kennebec Bank, was amended as on sheet annexed marked AB and passed to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.
