[Report on the Votes for Senators] [York] Mr. McDonald from the Committee to whom were committed the Returns of Votes for Senators given in the several Towns and plantations in this State, reported, that in the County of York the whole number of Votes given and returned according to the provisions of the Constitutions is . . . . . 3100 necessary to constitute an election 1555 John McDonald Esq. has 2323 Ellis B. Usher Esq. 2292 Mark Dennett Esq. 2247 and are elected.
[Cumberland] That in the County of Cumberland the whole number of Votes are 3278 necessary to constitute an election 1640
