[Bank Returns] A communication was received from A. Nichols Esq. Secretary of State transmitting Returns of the several banks and an Abstract of the same on motion by Mr Churchill 400 copies of the abstract were ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature
[Report on petition of Samuel Cony - ] [Bill additional to the acts establish. salaries of pub. of.] Mr Kimball from the committee on salaries on the petition of Samuel Cony reported Bill additional to the several Acts establishing the salaries of public officers. Read a 1st time tomorrow 10 o'clock assigned for a second reading.
[Bill to set of Lot No. 21 from Baldwin to Sebago] Mr Stebbins from the Committee on Bills in the second reading reported in a new draft Bill to set off Lot No. 21 from Baldwin to Sebago and the same was read a second time & passed to be engrossed as taken into this new draft. Sent down for concurrence -
