The Board came to order pursuant to adjournment

On motion by W. Green the petition of James Russell and another and accompanying papers were taken from the files and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

On motion by W Green, the petition of Levi Whitman and accompanying papers, were taken from the files and referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Order of the House of Representatives, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire that alterations (if any) are necessary to be made in the act establishing Courts of Sessions in the several Counties passed February 25, 1825: Also to enquire as to the expediency of repealing the Act passed February 8, 1823. authorizing the Supreme Judicial Court to lay out and alter public Highways in certain cases, was read and passed in concurrence
