Resolve appointing Commissioners to confer with the Directors of the American Asylum & Commissioners of other States respecting the education of the deaf and dumb, was read, amended by striking out between A & B and inserting instead thereof the words "two Commissioners to be appointed by the Governor with the advice of Council" - also by striking out in the title the word "appointing" and inserting instead thereof the words "providing for the appointment of".
