Messrs Washburn. Megquier, Vance, Emerson & MItchell were appointed a committee to receive, sort and count the votes for supplying the deficiency in Washington District who having attended that duty, reported that the whole num ber of votes given was 159 Neccesary to constitute an election 80 John Balkam had 105 Ichabod Bucknam 49 Joshua Balkam 1 Joshua Bucknam 1 Joshua Hall 1 John Balkam was by the President of the Senate declared duly elected ad the Convention separated.
