Mr. Stebbins from the same Committee on an order directing them to inquire what alterations, if any, are necessary in the mode of returning &c the election of Representatives in Classes, reported that alteration is unnecessary. Read and referred to the Committee on the Resolve, apportioning Representatives on the several Counties &c in this State. Sent down for concurrence Came up concurred.
