Prentiss Mellen & Hon. Pele. Sprague for their expenses & services in visiting the Asylum for the Deaf and Dumb at Hartford pursuant to a Resolve of this Legislature and that said Committee report by bill or otherwise - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence
