Bill respecting the fisheries in the Counties of Lincoln & Cumberland was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence
The House discharged the Committee of New Trials in concurrence with the Senate, from considering the subject of taxes on nonresident lands - and the House referred the same subject to Messrs Russell of North Yarmouth, Vance of No 6 & Benson of China
Bill in addition to an act to incorporate the town of Richmond (reported by committee on petition of Selectmen of Richmond) was read 1st & 2d time & Monday next at 11 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.
Adjourned until nine o'clock on Monday morning next.
